At Perfume Network India, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is seamless; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we offer returns only on damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order ID and clear photos of the product and its packaging.

  Quality Review

  Our quality control team will review your submission to verify the damage or discrepancy, ensuring the perfume bottle remains un-sprayed and in its original cellophane wrap.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the item is securely packed in its original shipping box to prevent further damage.

• 4.
  Resolution

  After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement within 5-7 business days.
